"Ayden! Such a kind and caring human! I had a horrible experience at the State Farm in Fife with Cameron. Ayden allowed me to trauma dump my bad experience in his ear while crying. He was kind, compassionate, and empathetic! I requested my policies be transferred to the Edgewood location. I have also offered the recorded call with Cameron hanging up on me after admitting a mistake that he made on my policy to his branch manager Candy. Thank you Ayden for assisting me in transferring my policy and allowing me to feel safe to express myself! I can’t wait to continue to do business with this location!"

"I want to share my very thankful appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Juanita at Tyler McClung's State Farm Edgewood, WA. Office! My husband and I had made an appointment to go over all of our insurance policies. We've been with State Farm for years and have always met directly with Tyler, but on this occasion we met with Juanita. The appointment was originally scheduled for 3p on Friday. Due to my husbands work schedule, the appointment had to be moved back to 4p.m. which they didn't hesitate to accommodate. What we thought would be an hour or so, turned into almost 3 hours due to many questions we had for her. Juanita stayed late to answer each and every question with patience and a extreme professionalism. Most would have been frustrated by their Friday night being detained...not her! She was thorough, delightful, and so truly giving of her time! From car, home, and life insurance, they have our business and loyalty. This is what I would define as a character defining moment and the character of State Farm, Tyler's ability to select the perfect staff, and Juanita's outstanding service is aces! This is why I refer them to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you so very much for your service and amazing support. What you do really matters to clients like us! You always have our back!!!!"
