"I can’t say enough good things about Renee and the level of service she has provided my wife and me. We’ve worked with two other insurance companies in the past, as well as another State Farm office, and the experience with Renee has been completely different.

Instead of simply giving us a quote and moving on, Renee actually took the time to go through everything we had, explain what we were paying for, identify where our coverage could be improved, and point out places where we were spending more money than necessary. She made the entire process incredibly simple and straightforward while still taking the time to educate us along the way.

What impressed me most is that it didn’t stop after the initial appointment. Over the last several months, we’ve had multiple situations come up and Renee has consistently been responsive, patient, and willing to dig into things rather than just giving us a quick answer. She has helped us with our auto and homeowners coverage, additional insurance needs for our family, and even commercial insurance for our business.

"So I called here because when I went to renew my Progressive insurance, they tried to double my rates. The price I'm referring to is I was paying $1200 for full coverage on my wife's Camaro and our 2014 Honda Accord every six months. When I went to renew, they tried saying my new price was $1800 for just the Accord every six months and $1200 for the Camaro. I hadn't had any tickets, and the only accident was a no-fault due to a trucker being on his phone, rear-ending me. Kaira was who I spoke with, and she was absolutely amazing in helping me. I'm now paying under $300 for both cars, renters, and our motorcycle. And that's full coverage on the motorcycle and Camaro. Looking forward to keeping these guys for a very long time."
